**Job Description**

This full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Executive in Ahmedabad involves managing international sales, developing export strategies, and fostering communication with clients. You will promote and sell various spice products, build relationships with international customers, and expand our presence in global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Sales and Strategy: Develop and execute export plans to meet sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell a variety of spice products to international clients, highlighting their unique qualities and benefits.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with international customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**

  • Communication and Sales Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Export Experience: Previous experience in export and international sales is essential, with a proven track record of success.
  • Business Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international business practices, including market trends, regulations, and customs.
  • Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages:** Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the spice industry is an asset.

**Compensation:** We offer a competitive salary of ₹8,00,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and importance of this role within our organization.
