Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Clear Communication: Deliver clear and concise information to clients through phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing duties and responsibilities as the department and company evolve.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High secondary diploma with 3 years' experience in a related field; or any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other internet-based tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chats/calls/email simultaneously.
  • Professionalism: Display a professional demeanor and take ownership of every interaction.
