We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Engagement Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging communication and effective issue resolution. As a Customer Engagement Professional, you will be responsible for providing timely and responsive support to our clients via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Client Issues: Efficiently identify and resolve client problems in a prompt manner.
- Provide Clear Communication: Deliver clear and concise information to clients through phone, email, or chat platforms.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing duties and responsibilities as the department and company evolve.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High secondary diploma with 3 years' experience in a related field; or any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other internet-based tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chats/calls/email simultaneously.
- Professionalism: Display a professional demeanor and take ownership of every interaction.
