Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Engagement Director to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and implementation.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists to ensure their professional development and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Oversight of the configuration, customization, and integration of the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Provide training and support to CRM users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the system.
  • Stay informed about CRM technology trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Address and resolve CRM-related issues to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
