Customer Relationship Management Professional

This role oversees the effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to drive business growth through enhanced customer engagement, retention, and revenue expansion.

The CRM professional serves as a liaison between sales, marketing, and support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal utilization of CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster close working relationships with sales, marketing, and support teams to synchronize CRM initiatives, lead routing strategies, and customer interaction plans.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, customer retention metrics, email open rates, and customer lifetime value. Convert CRM data into actionable intelligence and reports for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or information technology.
  • 2–4+ years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations; expertise with LeadSquared is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation; familiarity with LeadSquared is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
