Job Description:

As a seasoned customer engagement specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels to drive personalized experiences for our users. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign strategies that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging Braze's platform to create engaging user experiences. Proficiency in Liquid templating and Canvas is essential, as well as experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs. Event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation are also key aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform
  • Expertise in Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
