Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Engagement Specialist to manage day-to-day user communication, scale daily active users on our app, and implement strategies for upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user communication and foster a positive environment through different speaking communities.
  • Scale daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Implement strategies for upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within our ecosystem.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of culture and language, proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
