The Role

As Tech Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on optimizing our entire tech architecture, comprising:

  • Over 120 high-traffic eCommerce websites serving customers worldwide
  • Business analytics determining product and catalog selection, customer growth, and retention
  • ERP software managing our global operations
  • Software crawling product listings at scale
  • Modules across all functions - including marketing, logistics, customer support, finance, etc.
  • Workflow, dashboards, and reporting processes for all divisions

You will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills. You should be focused on building a better, more efficient program and creating a seamless experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code
  • Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
  • Record data and report it to proper parties
  • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices
  • Take lead on projects as needed
