We are seeking a Process Efficiency Specialist to focus on optimizing core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and operational teams. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution, data-driven decision making, and scalable practices that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or process improvement (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and excellent cross-team collaboration.
