Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Lead & Supply Management:
    • Proficient in working with Google Sheets and Excel. Manage existing processes, set up new ones, forecast monthly supply onboardings, and plan manpower requirements accordingly.
    • Assign leads efficiently for quick onboarding and follow-up on all potential partners.
  • Platform Experience:
    • Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points during onboarding and activation.
    • Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to the team leads.
    • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to highlight partner pain points and work together to streamline solutions.
