Supply Chain Expert

Job Description:

The role of Supply Chain Expert involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements. Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify pain points, gathering detailed specifications, and presenting customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

This requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address complex supply chain challenges.

Key objectives include developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain solutions, creating detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset
