Job Summary:

The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound inquiries, and collaborating with our Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and website communications effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address their needs.
  • Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
