Business Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Leader to lead our company's daily operations and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, operational management, and leadership.

  • Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and procedures
  • Establish goals for performance and growth, and oversee daily operations of the company
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, and evaluate performance through data analysis
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operations management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as maritime, defense technology, equipment sales & services, and electronics
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
