  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners, plan B2B meetings, webinars, and events to explore collaborations and expand our network.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Engage with inbound leads, explain our services, schedule consults, track sales pipeline and follow-ups, and collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies and optimize hiring processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain internal trackers for sales, hiring, and partnerships, conduct market research to support new initiatives, and work closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, develop and execute business plans, and collaborate with the founder to achieve business objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure seamless execution of projects, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and other team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge and expertise, and foster a collaborative work environment.
