As an experienced sales leader, you will drive business expansion by acquiring large and mid-sized corporate clients in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for employee benefit broking in alignment with national objectives.
- Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance services including general liability, property, and voluntary benefits.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
With over 15+ years of experience in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales, and a minimum of 3 years in a regional leadership role, you will possess a deep understanding of group insurance products, strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, and the ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
