- Develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with product and marketing teams to achieve company growth goals
- Collaborate across departments, including product and revenue operations leaders, to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Create a data-driven culture by leveraging analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch
- Strong background in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing
- Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
