Compensation Strategist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic compensation professional to lead and shape our total rewards strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and market practices.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Design and implement job architecture models to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions.
  • Provide analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement and performance.
