Job Title: Strategic Research Associate

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical professional to support our business development initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough market research on potential clients, architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain and organize all project-related documentation to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in making informed decisions.
  • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure secure storage and filing of physical and digital documents to maintain data integrity.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
