We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Compensation and Payroll Expert. This position will be responsible for analyzing data and payroll transactions, supporting all payroll functions, and serving as a resource for employees.

Responsibilities:

Key Functions

  • Complete and accurate processing of employee information, including new hires, terminations, tax and payment election setup, ongoing and one-time earning and deduction processing, garnishment/support order processing.
  • Accuracy of payroll production, researching and adjusting wages and/or taxes.
  • Update the employee payroll database in compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • Rigorous quality checks on payroll data to ensure accuracy and avoid unnecessary re-work.
  • Support the delivery of payroll services to agreed timelines.

Qualifications

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 2 years US and Canada Payroll Experience, knowledge of Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR a plus. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

Skills and qualifications that will set you up for success in this role include attention to detail, accurate and efficient data entry skills, ability to follow documented processes, and work within deadlines.
