This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle.
The primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries provides accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate, updated, and secure digital and physical files, including contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.
- Prepare contracts and new hire paperwork, oversee offboarding logistics, manage onboarding with HR induction, and ensure seamless transitions.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinate with external providers and internal teams, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Administer employee benefits, track absences, PTOs, and vacation days, and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the HRIS platform, ensuring clean data, strong system integrity, and optimal usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration with solid payroll processing experience.
- Strong background in managing employee contracts, files, and HR platforms.
This position requires a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who is discreet and trustworthy, tech-savvy, and confident working with digital tools, possessing strong time management and organization skills.
