
Strategic Compensation and Benefits Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning compensation and benefits practices with the organization's overall HR philosophy. They will drive best-in-class compensation and benefits strategies, individually under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, and managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys and analysis.
- Communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the program, and making changes periodically as necessary.
- Driving strategic compensation and benefits initiatives under the supervision of a Total Rewards Leader.
- Monitoring the organization's compensation structure and maintaining balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting/retaining staff.
- Developing and executing technology roadmaps for Market Intelligence and Annual Planning.
- Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market indicators via dashboards design including predictive analytics.
- Maintaining an enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of diverse missions.
- Consulting with Sr. Leaders and managers on the compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
- Researching and analyzing market data for developing compensation structures, conducting ad hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent, and general market pricing of jobs through salary surveys.
- Driving wellbeing and benefits operations professionals to develop and implement health and mental wellbeing policies and programs in conjunction with local and global benefits teams.
- Defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team across health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
- Working closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Communicating and branding all associate benefits.
- Driving insurance renewal for the entity.
- Developing the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio to optimize ROI.
- Managing multiple vendors/services contracts and renewals.
- Leading internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
- Driving the finalization of annual engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and enabling implementation of events in conjunction with the global and India team.
- Working with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to communicate/amplify Fiserv India's benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards in partnership with communications.
- Managing and monitoring health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
- Owning and driving company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
