Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant Role

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill this key position.

  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Compensation application is essential, with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience required.
  • The ideal candidate will implement enhancements and related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment.
  • End-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for multiple countries is a primary responsibility.
  • Candidates must be able to work closely with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
  • Effective issue resolution during CRPs and UAT is crucial.
  • The selected individual will also ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or external tables by collaborating with the Data team.
  • Technical support for WFA-related issues is expected.
