Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion consultant, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and leveraging technical capabilities to create efficient solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Time and Labor functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Designing and developing solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
- Completing Functional User Testing and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Providing ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
