Financial Consultant: Implement Oracle Fusion Financials

A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, specifically in Fusion Cloud, is required to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient transfer of data.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues to ensure high system availability.
  • Project Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in design reviews and solution validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
