Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Lead
This role involves driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA. You will work directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials solutions as a functional resource.
- Drive systems strategy, gather business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Develop strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Solve problems and troubleshoot with mature judgment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience.
- 4+ years experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
