We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Transactions practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deal execution and post-closing phases, ensuring seamless transitions and synergy realization.
  • Oversee integration of acquired businesses, including financial systems, reporting, governance, risk management, and employee migration.
  • Manage separation and carve-out activities, including shared services, asset transfers, and structured MIS dashboards.

Deal Execution & Integration

Develop and implement strategic plans for deal negotiation, completion, and post-closing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired businesses, drive operational efficiency, and enhance client value.

Design and implement metrics and benchmarks to track and measure synergy realization, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including boards, promoters, PE funds, and global investors.
  • Provide expert guidance on transaction structuring, due diligence, and compliance frameworks to ensure successful deal execution.
Financial & Regulatory Management

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of closing balance sheets, purchase price allocation, and consolidation.

Liaise with statutory auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to ensure smooth compliance post-deal.

Support clients in developing and implementing financial strategies, including milestone-linked funding and earnouts.

Practice Leadership & Team Management

Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality transaction execution services.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in post-deal advisory services.

Mentor Managers and Associates to foster consulting excellence, knowledge development, and career growth.

Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaboration, and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, EV, or diversified industrials is an advantage.
