About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity to drive business growth through effective management of channel partners. As a Channel Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
- To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted-line reporting to respective site head)
- To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
- To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
- To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
- To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
- To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
- To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
- To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
- To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
- To oversee organization of channel-related events
- To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
- To ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
- UG: Any Graduate
