Job Description

Sales Process Execution and Relationship Management

  • Create targeted development plans for new business opportunities by identifying key decision-makers within client organizations and scheduling meetings accordingly.
  • BUILD, MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENT TEAM MEMBERS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND MEETINGS TO ENSURE A STRONG PIPELINE OF PROSPECTIVE OPPORTUNITIES AND MAXIMIZE NETWORK EFFECTIVENESS.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that meet client needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Promote new products and services to clients and enhance existing relationships through timely updates and engagement.
  • Effectively manage client-specified teams and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM or sales management system.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure timely fulfillment of prerequisites.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to allocate leads and delegate tasks to relevant team members effectively.
  • Utilize market knowledge and competitor insights to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels, and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators to maximize sales.
  • Maintain daily MIS records and consolidate them on a monthly basis for analytical purposes.
Industry Governance
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product and policy team based on market understanding, competition, and available products to maintain market leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including audits and NHB regulations, as well as company processes and policies.
