Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced client service professional to manage our client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables.
  • Prepare and share reports, presentations, and updates with clients regularly.
  • Address client queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management/customer relationship (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, or creative services will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
