Job Overview:
This position involves leading client relationships and overseeing the execution of client projects. To excel in this role, you must be able to effectively communicate with clients through various channels and guide them on how these channels can work together to create an integrated partnership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and deliverables are fulfilled.
- Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, working collaboratively with internal team members to ensure successful outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage multiple teams on various accounts, fostering healthy communication and effective work allocation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with teams to develop strategic plans for client campaigns and engagements, and establish a robust succession plan for team members.
- Account Operations: Ensure seamless account operations, meeting all deliverables and coordinating closely with key stakeholders.
