Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with ASP/TSP's who are currently and potentially working with NPCI on its products and services. This role will also involve curating, modifying and improving the value proposition of NPCI Partner program for the partners and stakeholders as per the market feedback and need.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with ASP/TSP's to enhance NPCI's products and services.
  2. Curate and improve the value proposition of NPCI Partner program to meet market needs and feedback.
  3. Conduct market research to understand market trends and requirements.
  4. Ensure high market adoption, impact and success of the NPCI Partner program.
  5. Create and manage program P&L, and suggest monetization models to make NPCI Partner program profitable and commercially viable.
  6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure effective processes for all stakeholders.
  7. Enroll partners on the NPCI Partner program by closing commercials, completing documentation, and compliance checks.
  8. Establish a framework and process to ensure timely responses to partner queries on product, certification, onboarding, network, etc.
  9. Define success metrics for each partner engagement and at program level to ensure meaningful contribution to the market players.
  10. Monitor the engagement level and progress of each partner NPCI Partner program.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to acquire domain knowledge and resolve customer issues.
  12. Develop and present MIS, meaningful insights, and other reports to improve performance.
