Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Head of Business Development - Corporate Sector to drive our business growth in the corporate segment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets in the corporate sector.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in education, HR solutions, or technology services.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate recruitment, training, and assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
