About Our Role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with our internal teams to coordinate client onboarding, develop solutions to meet client needs, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Support

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure all their queries are addressed and take end-to-end ownership.

Consultative Sales

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Relationship Building

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and support.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Assist in developing and updating client-facing materials.

Market Insight & Reporting

  • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Own reporting and insights on client engagement and product performance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a multinational client-facing professional services environment.
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
