Senior Client Relationship Manager – Domestic IT Staffing (Empanelment Expert)

Location: Coimbatore (Onsite) |

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Experience: 8+ Years |

Type: Full-time

Are you a seasoned professional with a strong track record in Domestic IT Recruitment and Client Relationship Management? We're looking for someone who can own client relationships, drive account growth, and bring in new business across top-tier clients and implementation partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow key domestic IT client accounts
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client servicing
  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle across high-demand roles
  • Lead and close client empanelment with top IT clients and implementation partners
  • Visit clients onsite as needed for strategic relationship building

Client Acquisition Focus:

  • Must have prior experience empanelling with direct clients
  • Should possess strong contacts to quickly empanel with top implementation partners like TCS, HCL, LTI, Mindtree, Capgemini, Cognizant, Genpact, etc.

Key Skills Required:

  • 8+ years in domestic IT staffing & client handling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills
  • Experience with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, internal databases, etc.
  • Familiarity with VMS tools like Fieldglass, Beeline is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach
