Job Title: Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment specialist with a background in civil engineering to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering job roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering clients.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple clients and understanding of various hiring processes.
