Company Overview Kiat Systems and Embedded Solutions is a prominent provider of laptop and desktop sales and services within the Coimbatore market Specializing in comprehensive IT asset management the company ensures seamless and efficient technology operations all while being cost-effective With a team of highly trained and professional engineers Kiat Systems delivers exceptional solutions for both individual devices and large-scale IT setups enabling clients to focus on their core business activities Job Overview We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Kiat Systems and Embedded Solutions The role is based in Coimbatore and requires a full-time commitment Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 3 years of HR recruiting experience The Junior HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting the companys recruitment efforts by utilizing modern recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems ATS to manage the recruitment process and track applicant progress effectively Experience in LinkedIn Recruiting leveraging the platform to identify and engage with potential candidates Strong ability in Candidate Sourcing to discover skilled professionals through various recruiting techniques and platforms Experience with Interview Scheduling Software to efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Familiarity with Behavioral Interview Techniques to assess candidate competencies and fit for the organization Understanding of Diversity and Inclusion Strategies to promote a diverse workplace and support the company s inclusive values Experience with Talent Assessment Tools to evaluate candidate skills and potential contributions to the company Skilled in Social Media Recruiting utilizing various platforms to connect with and recruit high-caliber talent Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet staffing objectives Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage job postings process applications and monitor candidate progress Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements Coordinate the interview process ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between candidates and interview panels Develop and implement social media and networking strategies to engage with potential candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline Maintain relationships with potential candidates and strengthen employer branding through effective use of LinkedIn and other social networks Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities to senior management regularly Assist in the development and implementation of diversity recruitment strategies to build diverse teams
