US IT Staffing Experience Must.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads (Direct / Implementation Partner/Tier 1 Partners), build strong relationships with clients, and close deals consistently.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, understand client needs, and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct needs analysis, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire client relationship.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and operations to ensure seamless talent delivery.
  • Analyze market data, set achievable goals, and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the US IT sector.
  • Be knowledgeable about the latest technologies and talent needs in the US IT market.

Qualification:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in business development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on US IT staffing.
  • Solid understanding of the US IT landscape and current staffing trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM, other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit.
