The Credit Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing medium-sized client relationships, providing tailored credit solutions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves cultivating long-term relationships with clients to meet their financial needs, identifying opportunities for growth and development and providing timely support.
Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with medium-sized enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing personalized service.
Credit Solutions: Develop and implement effective credit solutions to meet the financial needs of medium-sized clients, including tailoring product offerings to suit individual requirements.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure that all clients are satisfied with the level of service provided, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement credit strategies, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk associated with credit programs, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve service offerings and enhance client value.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 3-7 years' experience in relationship management or credit analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in financial modeling and credit risk assessment tools.
Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the credit industry.
