We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Success Manager / Key Account Manager – School Division to manage and grow relationships with schools. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth implementation of our services, long-term satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing school clients across assigned regions

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, order updates, andservice coordination

  • Reconnect with former clients to explore opportunities for re-engagement andrenewed business

  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the schoolsegment

  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as design, production, and dispatch to fulfil client needs

  • Ensure timely post-sales support and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain detailed client records and update CRM tools consistently

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in B2B client management, preferably in the education,EdTech, or consumer goods sector

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong relationship-building and client servicing capabilities

  • Proactive follow-up and well-organized work habits

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the region

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per year
