Crypto Marketing Manager

At VAP GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Lead Generation & Marketing Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective lead generation and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crypto marketing services, including influencer marketing, PR, SEO, and social media management. They will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold outreach via email, social media, and phone to generate leads, qualifying leads and determining their fit for our services, scheduling meetings with qualified leads for our sales team, and maintaining detailed records of outreach activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven 2 years minimum experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the crypto or digital marketing industry;
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of crypto marketing services, including influencer marketing, PR, SEO, and social media management;
  • Strong understanding of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude;
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools;
