Sales Leadership Manager

VAP GROUP is a leading player in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector, seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates, as well as monitoring SDR performance metrics and providing regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SDR team across multiple time zones.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize the sales funnel.
- Ensure the SDR team has the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Report on SDR team performance and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales management, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools.
