Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Leadership Finance Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires a strong finance background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of 15+ professionals. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in financial accounting, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience working under US GAAP / IFRS / UK GAAP environment
  • Hands-on experience in SAP & Blackline & proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Intermediate level Excel (VLOOKUP, If function)
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
