
Sales Growth Manager

Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by acquiring new business opportunities and recommending product solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Earn the trust of customers and provide tailored product recommendations that align with their business goals.
- Identify, source, and close new business leads, as well as marketing-qualified leads, to drive revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Management and Technical, to relay market requirements and feedback.
- Monitor progress, manage obstacles, and achieve objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Explore opportunities to expand business relationships across other Amazon entities to drive value for customers.
- Maintain or exceed targets for customer acquisition and retention.
- Prioritize and make informed trade-offs to meet adoption and revenue targets effectively.
This role is based in Ahmedabad, with possible moderate travel (up to 50% maximum).
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas.
Develop expertise in e-commerce and work within a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience.
