Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and achieve quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity, and business development operations.\
  • Ideate and train the team to enhance brand awareness and improve sales engine performance.\
  • Generate leads organically and inorganically through various channels.\
  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for prime home loans and cross-selling while enhancing client relationships.\
  • Maximize sales through digital channels (DMA)/DSA/direct sales/CA/builders by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business ties.\
  • Identify and maintain key builder/channel relationships.\

    • Ability to ideate and implement effective sales strategies.\
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
    • Fluency in English language.\
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.\
