Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and achieve quarterly targets.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity, and business development operations.\
- Ideate and train the team to enhance brand awareness and improve sales engine performance.\
- Generate leads organically and inorganically through various channels.\
- Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for prime home loans and cross-selling while enhancing client relationships.\
- Maximize sales through digital channels (DMA)/DSA/direct sales/CA/builders by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business ties.\
- Identify and maintain key builder/channel relationships.\

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.\
- Ability to ideate and implement effective sales strategies.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.\

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Fluency in English language.\
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.\
