Job Title: Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to drive sales growth and strategic initiatives for our Business Services in North America from India.

This role requires effective collaboration with relevant personnel from clients and within the organization to meet deadlines for various deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service offerings, stay connected with operations, sales, and marketing teams for updates and developments, and report to the North America Sales and Business Initiatives Associate Director.

Key responsibilities include developing sales collateral, preparing presentations for client meetings, participating in sales calls, and creating comprehensive proposals demonstrating a clear understanding of client requirements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure on-time delivery and quality, project manage RFP responses, track and manage legal contracting-related requirements, and work with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred qualifications include 5-8 years of overall work experience, a Master's degree in Business, Sales, or related, and experience in business consulting or outsourcing services.
