Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at Sarvajith Infotech. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with our key customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to complete field marketing activities after conducting preliminary research.
- Establish and maintain a robust knowledge of our products and services.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Diarise and share lead input with CREs to drive sales growth.
- Attend requirement meetings to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Account and material statement match to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Report daily/weekly on the status of field marketing activities to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a related field.
- Qualifications: Any graduate, with a preference for Marketing or Civil Engineering graduates.
Languages: English & Tamil (Mandatory), with a preference for knowledge of Hindi.
Location: Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
