Customer Success Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Associate to join our team at Sarvajith Infotech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles and be able to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities after conducting preliminary research.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by Sarvajith Infotech.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.
- Diarize and share lead input with CREs.
- Attend requirement meetings and handle customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate account and material statement matching.
- Report daily/weekly on the status of field marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Any graduate with a background in marketing or civil engineering is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory, with knowledge of Hindi being a plus.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
