Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Associate to join our team at Sarvajith Infotech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles and be able to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute field marketing activities after conducting preliminary research.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by Sarvajith Infotech.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.
  • Diarize and share lead input with CREs.
  • Attend requirement meetings and handle customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate account and material statement matching.
  • Report daily/weekly on the status of field marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Any graduate with a background in marketing or civil engineering is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory, with knowledge of Hindi being a plus.
  • Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
