Salary: ₹3-8 Lacs per annum

About the Role:

This role involves generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new clients within assigned territories.

You will schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings, liaise between customers and the company for updates on services, pricing, and new product releases, establish and maintain customer relationships, increase business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Achieving Success:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellence in real estate or insurance sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability. You should be able to establish an instant rapport with clients and have a flair for making a career in the real estate industry.

Key qualities include good communication and negotiation skills, being dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. You should also be ready to take up pressure and have a willingness to continuously improve your performance.
