About the Job
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements for domestic and international trips.
  • Package Sales: Present and sell a range of holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of domestic and international travel packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and provide clear information.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive client experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.
