Key Regional Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven regional manager to spearhead our business growth initiatives in the UP/NCR region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in automobile sales, preferably 3-wheelers and EVs, with a proven track record of managing large regions or zones with full P&L accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership: Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets across all channels.
  • Brand Sales Leadership: Spearhead the comprehensive brand sales strategy for the region, encompassing planning, execution, channel expansion, and post-sales engagement.
  • Category Management: Drive growth and scaling of the Used 3-wheeler and EV segments by identifying high-potential areas, generating local demand, and increasing market share.
  • Channel Development: Establish and nurture robust dealer and distribution networks throughout key geographies within the region.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a regional sales team to attain ambitious growth targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor regional trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
  • 08 -12 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably with strong exposure to Used 3-wheelers/EVs).
  • Proven track record of managing large regions or zones with full P&L accountability.
  • Deep understanding of the UP/NCR market dynamics, dealer ecosystems, and customer behavior.
  • Experience in category creation or scaling within a competitive and fast-moving sector is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
