Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our regional business operations in Lucknow. As a Regional Business Head, you will drive revenue growth, develop strategic solutions, and lead high-performing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue in your assigned region.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Identify regional market opportunities, analyze client ad spends, and inform data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
  • Align Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets that align with business objectives, emphasizing strong performance and accountability.
  • Innovate and Grow: Drive innovation and growth in a fast-paced media environment, ensuring deep understanding of local market dynamics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA or Postgraduate Degree: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Senior Sales Leadership Experience: At least 15 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, managing profit/loss statements and preferred industries (Jewellery, Telecom, Insurance).
  • Corporate Account Management: Strong acumen to manage corporate accounts and deliver high-value client solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading diverse teams across various regions and geographies.
  • Service Leadership: Proven track record in service leadership, operational excellence, innovation, and driving a sense of urgency across teams and projects.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, engaging, influencing, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
